House built by Pat Kelly Castlelambert for Thomas Heavy, the Saddler, who was father of Prof. Margaret Heavy of UCG.

Other owners/occupiers: Vincent and Anne Devally and family; John Kelly Auctioneers; Jimmy Nolan bought it and his daughter Teresa had a hairdressing salon named ‘Finnese’ there.
