Newcastle Community Council held a fantastic fashion show in the Raheen Woods Hotel on Friday evening, the 30th of September. The large attendance enjoyed viewing the clothes from Athenry and Galway fashion boutiques and hats crafted by Caitthriona King, the outstanding Milliner. The hotel ballroom was given free by Lester MacNamara, Managing Director of the Hotel

Ronan Byrne, Chairperson of Newcastle Community Council, extended a warm welcome to the audience and thanked the Raheen Woods Hotel, the owners of the Fashion Boutiques and the sponsors of the 1000 euro worth of raffle prizes.
